This is a bit of a tangent for us at Nine Baud but nevertheless. The decline of the american empire is in full swing. We saw porn star, Mary Carey, run for office in California in 2003 and now we find Mimi Demayo running for office in Nevada.

Mimi delivered her first campaign speech Tuesday night. Some are dismissing her campaign as a giant publicity stunt, but the issues she’s talking about are deadly serious and simply because of her porn star history, she’s getting attention.

Being home to Las Vegas it seems oddly appropriate that she’s running. I know I’d vote for her.
